A little help? :)

Hello everyone! Thank you so much for such a warm welcome yesterday! I am beginning to feel right at home already ^_^

Hm, so, I'm sorry for being so incredibly technologically incapable but I've been admiring everyone's gorgeous layouts, in particular the headers and wondering, did you all make them? If so, I'm going to have to up the game a bit on my photoshop skills xD And also, how did you actually get the headers on your page? Oh, and backgrounds, too? Jeez I'm so useless.
