I don't often post recs, not sure why but maybe that means when I do, they're really really worth it. In my opinion at least xD Obviously my opinion isn't everyones cup of tea but heeey, it's nice to share, right? :3 So, I'm here today to rec Game of Thrones. It started a couple of weeks ago here in the UK on HBO but I only began watching is last night. After two episodes, I am well and truly hooked *__* The googling began today and the stalking shall no doubt commence tomorrow. I really really recommend this show! It's amazing so far! The story lines are exciting and original and the characters are so beautiful *_* Well, some of them xD It's just got me so excited and I love that! I haven't been so caught up ina TV series in a long while, pretty much since SPN, so I'm hoping the fanbase will grow :D

The basic plot is seven lands that are perpetually raging war with each other. Although the series begins at some sort of a lull in these battles, there is little doubt that something big is on the horizon. I'm shit at stuff like this so really, just watch it xD And check out information for starters on this site.

And just for kicks I'll show you some of the my favourite characters so far:

Daenerys Targaryen - I think she's my favourite so far of all :)

Viserys Targaryen - brother to Daenerys, a total wanker but sooo beautifiul.

Tyrion Lannister

The little kid is Bran Stark, son of the guy below, and the guy next to him is his bastard son (the guy below's xD), Jon Snow

Ned Stark - SEAN BEAN :D Who doesn't love a bit of Sean Bean? A little fact, he helped build my great Uncle's house, heheee :3
